The specified blob does not exist

#### Issue Description

while trying to access the link: https://dl4jdata.blob.core.windows.net/dl4j-examples/classification.zip

I got the following error:

BlobNotFound
The specified blob does not exist. RequestId:bbd71e92-c01e-004b-7b35-965dbb000000 Time:2020-09-29T07:51:36.5120537Z

and while running the examples:
Exception in thread "main" java.net.UnknownHostException: dl4jdata.blob.core.windows.net
