preview always come out blurry

anytime i try to preview the face swap end results it come out blurry... and the live option too the face swap doesn't work... its all blurry on the face....(NB, am a novice in codding and i got to this stage after following so many instructions, and so many tries and error )... below are the error codes i got as to why the image isn't clear...id really appreciate anything that helps...thamks so much in advance.
