Adding multiple AWS cloud accounts & Projects

**Additional context**
There should be an easier way to add multiple AWS projects which have multiple master/child accounts under it.

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The current methods to add AWS accounts involve cloud formation or terraform. Adding multiple accounts across multiple projects with multiple owners becomes a challenge.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A simpler way to add these accounts would be to integrate with AWS control tower. This is a one time step which will also help to add newly created accounts.

There should be a way to integrate with AWS control tower using the AWS policies.
