SMTP Email configuration Issue

**Describe the bug**
In my company, we use **email relay** (no need email account password) and **port 25** for every system to send emails.
On Deepfence, we configure **SMTP email** but it's not successful.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Email Configuration'
3. Fill in an Email Account, random password because it's relay email, port 25
4. Test with Forgot Password or Scan Vulnerability

**Expected behavior**
Email was not sent.
