Description
**Describe the bug**
Same images present in different registries is resulting in multiple scan redundancy. Images once scanned should not be scanned again
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to images in registry
2. look for scan results of similar images in different registry
**Expected behavior**
they should use the same scam
