Node details radial chart should show count of unique vulnerabilities

**Describe the bug**
Currently, the radial chart in the node details side tab shows the count of all the vulnerabilities but we want to show the count of unique Vulnerabilities.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the topology page
2. Click on any scanned node

**Expected behavior**
Change the count of the radial chart to show the count of unique vulnerabilities alone
