Description
The last collision time should be returned via the `PyCaptureSnapshotObject` for the ego (agent) vehicle. In `test` mode this should end the episode and require a reset from the client in order to restart a new episode. In `train` mode, the client will decide whether to end the episode. I will add this into the gym environment so that happens by default.
