Any chance we could get a requirements.txt?

I think it would be useful to have a file which lists the versions of each packages used in the book, e.g. Numpy, Keras, etc., as well as the version of deepchem itself. I think it would help a lot with dependency debugging.

Start by inspecting the book's notebooks and existing dependency references to identify the versions used for NumPy, Keras, and DeepChem. Add requirements.txt with those package versions; done means the file covers the dependencies needed by the book and supports dependency debugging.
