[FEAT] Access monitoring through code/API

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I want to use the monitoring functionality but no through the dashboard. I have no facility to host the dashboard but I am interesting in the automatic alerting and tracking of metrics.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Ideally I'd like to know how I can access the functionality that's underlying the dashboard.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
An alternative for me would be to either dig into the code and extract the functionality. Or use the deepchecks testing functionality but that doesn't provide the monitor/alerting stuff.

What would you recommend I do?
