Ability to pin links in the UI

Pinning links can help manage force-graph animation more precisely.
It should be possible to pin single or multiple links at once.
Pinned positions can be saved in the view context/workspace, so the user is able to return to the same workspace.
It may be intuitive enough to have an auto-pin option (no need for additional interactions). That means that all links moved by user become pinned automatically.
