`npm run docker-clear` removes all docker containers and all volumes (if user have his own containers and volumes it may result in data loss)

We should either mention it in documentation in every place, or rename this command as `docker-clear-all` and create a new command with name `docker-clear` that clears only Deep's docker containers and volumes.
