Implementation generator for function type and task

ToDo:


Turn task description and function type into one solution/implementation.
The result is function. Examples (see picture): C is a function that solves problem A. D is a function that solves problem B.

This should be built on top of [chatgpt-tasks](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@deep-foundation/chatgpt-tasks) package that is currently done and can be taken as a basis for the research.
