focus in d3-force-layout does not work at the first time

### Bug description

At the moment it is required to move link twice for this link to be focused.

### Expected Behavior

Once link is moved it is immediately focused after the movement is finished.

### Current Behavior

Link is focused after the second movement.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Move any link using click, hold and move.

### Workaround

2. Move this link twice to desired position.
