Description
All facts may be writing in explicit formal language, so all of them will be automatically translated to all languages.
After X confirmations, fact can be written to blockchain, so it will remain permanent.
Later we can create another fact, that makes other fact obsolete.
No comments: arguments and counterarguments, links to proofs and debunks.
Requires https://github.com/deep-foundation/deep-packages/issues/94 to make it perfect.
