Obligations app

An application, that allows to keep track of obligations between people.

Both sides can draft obligation, and request the acceptance of another side.

It would be nice to write that data publicly on blockchain.

It should include reminders, notifications, statistics about level of trustworthy a person.

There should be an option to make obligations both private and public.

Private obligations should be displayed in stats.

There should be integrations with reminders and calandar apps.

This app is not about written agreements, though later an obligation can be converted to agreement it is required.

Mostly it may be useful to keep track of your own obligations to people, and their obligations toward you.

So there should be an option to have completely private account.
