Add support for creating react-native libraries

I tried searching for this issue, but couldn't find a duplicate hence opening this.

It would be great to have this support for full, react-based IDE. Though there is command line support for it, there are also many technicalities to it (such as linking) which may not be intuitive for new users.

Also, adding plugins to projects is also not very friendly for new users / learners. Hence, support for this in an IDE would be so so much better.
