"Chat with Deco team" doesn't seem to allow me to do so

Description
When I press "Chat with Deco team", I'm taken to a Slack login page. There I can sign in if I already have a login, or I can create an account if I have a Deco company email address. Since I don't work for Deco I don't have that. What method should we use to chat with you? Who is this "Chat with Deco team" menu item intended for?
