Description
Currently, wibo isn't able to create files in the root directory, which can be problematic, as some compilers need that. Some ways this could be fixed is by redirecting those files to the current directory, or having an environment variable to redirect them.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure with a compiler that attempts to create a file in the root directory, then trace wibo's file-creation handling. Decide whether redirection to the current directory or an environment-variable-controlled destination fits the reported need, and verify that the compiler can create the file successfully.
