Bug in Manage Likes feature

- The Like Button should work in such a manner that, the **_1st click = Like_** and **_2nd click = Unlike_**.
- **_Problem Description_**
- It works fine when we mark a **LIKE** and later **UNLIKE** it before anyone else marks a new **LIKE**.
- If some marks a **LIKE** in between, the counter keeps on deleting **LIKE**s until it's a zero.
