Description
- The bot should allow a user _(with enough permission)_ to **create polls powered by emojis** easily.
- The poll must only allow one among the options to be selected by a user to avoid spamming.
- Polls should expire in 24 hours.
- Remove the poll from the channel
- Deliver a poll report to `inobot-dm` channel before deleting
