Should the project work out of the box? Because it's not.
# Steps to reproduce:
1. Clone the project
2. docker compose up
It fails with:

Change [node version from 19 to 18](https://github.com/uport-project/veramo-agent-deploy/blob/a8d1aca6cf0e0b2930d643bb6ed5ff5fd65c04cb/Dockerfile#L1)...
...and you are ready to go!
