Contexts not found

In current spec, [Recipient DIDDoc for Test Vectors](https://identity.foundation/didcomm-messaging/spec/#b2-recipient-diddocs) does mention https://www.w3.org/ns/did/v2 in its `@context` field. However, this URL returns 404.

And also, even if I don't see any mention to it in the spec, [DIDComm V2 context](https://github.com/decentralized-identity/didcomm.org/blob/main/site/static/messaging/v2/index.json) supposed to be found at https://didcomm.org/messaging/contexts/v2 is also not found. Maybe should be moved to `site/content` directory?
