North Star / Prime Directive for this WG?

It is best if this WG has, upfront, a Prime Directive/North Star to guide the group's proposals, discussions, and decision making.

My proposal is something like:

> Morphing the chicken and egg mental model: If Hens are the Issuers, Roosters the Verifiers, and Eggs are the digital credentials, the prime objective needs to be increasing the demand for and consumption of Eggs by Holders ...creating hundreds of thousands of ways that drive more Holders to consume more Eggs.

Start by reading the proposed Prime Directive in issue #13 and the linked DID-method clusters reference, then review the six-comment discussion for any decision or requested revision. Done means the working group has agreed on a concrete North Star and adopted or documented it in an identified project location; no file or test is named in the issue.
