[Bug] Wearables | Hell's Angels tiara missing feathers and color mismatch vs marketplace preview

### 📔 **Issue Description:**
The **Hell's Angels** tiara wearable does not render correctly in-game compared to the marketplace preview:
- More than half of the feathers from the front are missing
- Some feathers from the back are also missing
- The color appears significantly brighter in-world than in the marketplace preview

This has been a known issue for over 1.5 years (first reported ~May 2025).

### 👣 **STR:**

1. Equip the Hell's Angels tiara wearable
2. Compare the in-game look with the marketplace/shop preview

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
The wearable in-game should match the marketplace preview, with all feathers visible and correct coloring.

### ❌ **Actual Result:**
- Missing more than half of the feathers from the front
- Some feathers missing when viewed from behind
- Color appears significantly brighter in-world
