Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the memory grid mini-game using the listed steps, then inspect the queue and lobby entry points and review Player.log and Player-prev.log. Confirm whether two users can enter separate lobbies for the same game, and consider the issue done when the queue prevents simultaneous conflicting sessions on both platforms.
