Description

### 🛠️ **Build version:**
v0.159.0

### 📔 **Issue Description:**
When a friend is online, the arrow button to jump to their location — available in the contact menu and on their passport — does not appear consistently. Sometimes it works correctly, but intermittently the arrow is missing even when the friend is online, making it impossible to jump to their location from those entry points.

### 👣 **STR:**
1. Launch the Explorer with two pre-existing accounts (User A and User B) on separate machines
2. Ensure both users are online and already friends
3. With User A, open the contact menu or User B's passport
4. Look for the arrow button to jump to User B's location
5. Observe whether the arrow appears and click it if visible
6. Repeat switching roles — User B attempts to jump to User A's location
7. Repeat the full flow using two brand new accounts:
- Send and accept a friend request between the new accounts
- Ensure both new accounts are online
- Attempt to jump to each other's location from the contact menu and passport
8. Compare behavior between pre-existing and new accounts

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
When a friend is online, the jump to location arrow should always appear in the contact menu and on their passport, and should successfully teleport the user to the friend's location.

### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
The jump to location arrow intermittently does not appear in the contact menu or on the friend's passport even when the friend is online. When it does appear, it may still not work correctly.

### ➗ **Reproduction:**
##### ⚠️ Intermittent - (Arrow missing or non-functional sporadically — not reproducible on every attempt)

#### 🖥️ **Operative system and additional Notes:**
Reproduced on Windows and Mac.
