[QA] Genesis plaza | Streets of genesis plaza appear with graffities when using the builder command

### 📔 **Issue Description:**

**When using the command of the builder in the new release while being on genesis plaza , some parts of the street can be seen with graffiti instead of the real color of the streets :**
MacOS
`open Decentraland.app --args --skip-version-check true --self-preview-builder-collections YOUR-COLLECTION-ID-GOES-HERE`
WinOS
`"C:\Users\[YOUR-USER]\Downloads\Decentraland_windows64\Decentraland.exe" --skip-version-check true --self-preview-builder-collections YOUR-COLLECTION-ID-GOES-HERE`

### 👣 **STR:**

1. Open the builder collection and create a new collection
2. Copy the last section of the ID for example : https://decentraland.org/builder/collections/ `9250c63f-564e-4d88-b134-262051101d15`
3. Open the app terminal and paste the following command : _C:\Users\[YOUR-USER]\Downloads\Decentraland_windows64\Decentraland.exe" --skip-version-check true --self-preview-builder-collections YOUR-COLLECTION-ID-GOES-HERE_
4. Open the app in genesis plaza and check the streets

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
Streets should look with the default color

### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
Streets of genesis plaza appear with graffities when using the builder command
