Description

### 🛠️ **Build version:**
- v0.154.0

### 📔 **Issue Description:**
After switching accounts within the same session, avatars in Genesis Plaza disappear and the scene appears restricted upon logging in with the new account. Nearby users are still counted in the counter and their messages are visible in chat, but their avatars are not rendered. Teleporting away and back partially restores avatar visibility.

📝 LOGS:
[Player.log](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/29554780/Player.log)
[Player-prev.log](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/29554779/Player-prev.log)

### 👣 **STR:**
1. Launch the Explorer
2. Jump in to Genesis Plaza and observe the nearby user count and avatars
3. Log out and log in with a different account without closing the Explorer
4. Once logged in, Jump in to Genesis Plaza
5. Observe that avatars are not visible despite appearing in the nearby counter and nearby chat
6. Teleport to another scene (e.g. MetagamiMall) and back to Genesis Plaza
7. Observe that some avatars load but not all

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
After switching accounts within the same session, Genesis Plaza should load correctly with all avatars visible.

### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
Avatars are not visible after the account switch despite being present in the nearby counter and chat. The scene appears restricted. Teleporting away and back partially restores avatar visibility but not all avatars load.

### ➗ **Reproduction:**
🔁 Always - (Happens 100% of the time after an in-session account switch)

#### 🖥️ **Operative system and additional Notes:**
Workaround: teleport to another scene and back ; partially restores avatar visibility.
Windows and Mac affected.

Research direction

Reproduce the account switch in Genesis Plaza using the listed steps, then compare Player.log and Player-prev.log around login, scene loading, and avatar visibility. Verify the result after teleporting away and back on Windows or Mac; done means all nearby avatars render correctly after switching accounts without restarting the Explorer.
