[QA] Chat | Date separators show wrong dates

### 📔 **Issue Description:**
Date separators in the nearby chat (e.g. "Today", "Monday", specific dates) display incorrect and random dates (e.g. year 1900/1903) after switching languages using the Translate feature. The issue appears after toggling languages multiple times, causing date labels to break per message. Works correctly in prod.

### 👣 **STR:**
1. Launch the app on build v0.142.0-alpha-fix/whats-on-event-links-c713e0e or v0.142.0-alpha-dev-9f7cd6f
2. Enable auto-translate via the nearby chat context menu
3. Open Settings [P] → Chat
4. Select a different language in the 'Translate messages to' dropdown
5. Receive messages in the nearby chat and observe the date separator
6. Repeat steps 4-5 with multiple languages
7. Observe how the date separator displays a new incorrect date with each language switch

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
Date separators should always display the correct date regardless of the selected translation language.

### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
After switching languages multiple times, date separators display incorrect and random dates (e.g. 1900, 1903) instead of the correct date. Each language switch introduces a new incorrect date label per message.
