Description
### 🛠️ **Build version:**
- **v0.134.0**
### 📔 **Issue Description:**
During a Foundation event at nico.dcl.eth world with approximately 40 people, messages sent in the 'Foundation Secret Club' community chat were not appearing. This was confirmed when another user (Juli) who was on voice chat repeated messages from the chat that were not visible on my screen.
📝 LOGS: [Player.log](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/26124505/Player.log)
### 👣 **STR:**
1. Join a community channel ('Foundation Secret Club')
2. Attend an event with ~40 concurrent users in the same location (nico.dcl.eth)
3. Have other users send messages in the community chat
4. Observe that not all messages appear in your chat window
5. Confirm with other users (e.g., via voice chat) that messages are being sent but not displayed
### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
All messages sent in the community chat should appear for all members, regardless of the number of concurrent users in the world or event activity level.
### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
Messages sent in the 'Foundation Secret Club' community chat were missing. Only became aware of missing messages when another user on voice chat repeated content from the chat that was not visible.

### ➗ **Reproduction:**
⚠️ Intermittent - Occurred during high-traffic event with ~40 concurrent users
#### 🖥️ **Operative system and additional Notes:**
**Event context:**
- Location: nico.dcl.eth world
- Concurrent users: ~40 approximately
- Community: Foundation Secret Club
- High activity event with both voice chat and text chat being used simultaneously
**Potential factors:** High user count, simultaneous voice/text chat usage, or message rate limiting during peak activity.
