[QA] Discover | Places - Most Active filter does not retrieve all the active places

### 📔 **Issue Description:**

The Most Active filter doesn't retrieve all the places with online users. For example, active places such as Meta GamiMall do not display. There is a discussion [here](https://decentralandteam.slack.com/archives/C0A6MHMKN9Z/p1772557997825839) for more context.

### 👣 **STR:**

1. Go to Places
2. Click on the Filter & Sort
3. Sort by "Most Active"

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
The list of places displayed should be accurate with the amount of users online

Not the complete list of active places display
