[QA] UI | Context menus show unusual resize/loading animation when opened

### 📔 **Issue Description:**
All context menus in the app display an **unusual resize/loading animation** when opened. This is visually distracting and can cause misclicks when trying to select a menu option.

Affected areas include:
- User profile (passport) context menu (three dots)
- Friends panel [L] context menu
- Chat: clicking a user’s profile context menu
- Nearby: context menu for members

### 👣 **STR:**
1. Open any of the affected context menus listed above.
2. Observe the resize/loading animation before the menu fully loads.
3. Attempt to click a menu option → the animation can cause accidental clicks.

### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
Context menus should appear instantly and stably, without unusual resizing or loading animations, allowing the user to select options accurately and without visual distraction.

### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
Context menus show a strange resize/loading animation when opening, which is visually disruptive and can lead to clicking the wrong option.
