Cannot sit on chairs/seats at Nekko Bar balcony area

### Issue Description
Players are unable to sit on chairs/seats in the balcony area above Nekko Bar. The sit interaction does not work for any of the seats in that area.

### STR (Steps to Reproduce)
1. Go to the Nekko Bar location in Decentraland
2. Navigate to the balcony area above the bar
3. Attempt to interact with / sit in any of the available seats or chairs

### Expected Result
The player should be able to interact with the seats and sit down.

### Actual Result with evidence
The sit interaction does not work — players cannot sit on any of the chairs/seats in the balcony area above Nekko Bar.

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the issue in the Unity Explorer build by visiting the Nekko Bar balcony and inspect the balcony seat entities and their interaction setup. Done means every chair or seat in that area responds to the sit interaction and the behavior is verified in the reported scenario.
