Fix time sync error persisting after Mac wakes from sleep

### Issue Description
When Decentraland is running on Mac and the user closes the lid (putting the machine to sleep), upon reopening the lid and waking from sleep, a time sync error dialog is shown. Pressing "Retry" has no effect — the error cannot be dismissed and the session is stuck.

### STR (Steps to Reproduce)
1. Open Decentraland on Mac
2. Close the Mac lid to put the machine to sleep
3. Open the lid to wake the machine

### Expected Result
Decentraland resumes normally after waking from sleep, or the time sync error resolves/retries successfully.

### Actual Result with evidence
A time sync issue dialog is displayed. Pressing "Retry" does nothing — the error persists and the user cannot continue using the application.
