Description
### 🛠️ **Build version:**
v0.176.0-alpha-main
### 📔 **Issue Description:**
A "Performance issue detected" popup appears while exploring the world `dclplace.dcl.eth`, prompting the user to send a performance report. This has not been observed in Genesis City or other worlds tested so far — needs investigation to confirm whether it's isolated to this world or a broader issue.
### 👣 **STR:**
1. Go to `dclplace.dcl.eth`
2. Explore the world for a bit
3. Observe the popup that appears
### ✔️ **Expected Result:**
No unexpected performance warning popup should appear during normal exploration (assuming no actual performance drop is occurring).
### ❌ **Actual Result with evidence:**
A "Performance issue detected" dialog pops up: "We noticed a drop in performance while you were exploring. Would you like to send us a report to help improve the experience?" with options to "Close," "Report a bug," or "Don't show this again."
### ➗ **Reproduction:**
❓ Unknown - (only confirmed once so far in this world; not yet tested for consistency or in other worlds/Genesis Plaza)
#### 🖥️ **Operative system and additional Notes:**
macOS 26.5.2, Apple M3 Pro. Not reproduced in Genesis City or other worlds tested so far — flagging for investigation in case it appears elsewhere.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the popup at dclplace.dcl.eth and compare behavior with Genesis City and other tested worlds. Review the attached Player.log and the performance warning flow; done means determining whether the warning reflects a real performance drop, establishing whether the issue is world-specific or broader, and confirming the unexpected popup no longer appears when performance is normal.
