Recurring weekly event only shows next occurrence, subsequent weeks missing from listing

## Description

A recurring weekly event is only displayed for its next upcoming occurrence but does not appear in the listing for subsequent weeks. The event should appear every week but is missing beyond the first visible instance.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an event set to repeat weekly (e.g. every Friday at 7PM UTC)
2. View the event on the What's On page
3. The event is visible for the upcoming Friday
4. Navigate to the following week — the event does not appear

## Expected Behavior

A recurring weekly event should appear in every future week's listing, not just the next occurrence.

## Actual Behavior

The event is visible for the next scheduled occurrence (e.g. Friday May 15, 2026) but is absent from subsequent weeks (e.g. Friday May 22, 2026 and beyond).
