[Bug] Event Reminder Set Toggle Icon Is Pixelated and oversized

The Event Reminder "set" toggle icon appears pixelated/low-resolution on mobile.

### Expected Behavior
The Event Reminder toggle icon should render crisply at the correct resolution, matching the rest of the UI.

1. Open an Event Detail view on Android (Pixel 6a)
2. Tap the Reminder toggle icon to set a reminder
3. Observe the icon appears pixelated
