[Bug]: AUTH - X and Discord: Browser disappears when returning to app after minimizing during sign-in in Android

When minimizing the app during sign-in (e.g., for X/Twitter or Discord authentication), the browser view is not present when returning to the app. This blocks users from completing authentication flows that require external actions like 2FA verification.

### ✅Expected behavior

The browser should remain available and maintain its state when the user returns to the app after minimizing it during the sign-in process.

1. Start signing in with X/Twitter or Discord
2. Minimize the app (e.g., to check 2FA code or handle authentication in another app)
3. Return to the Decentraland app
