[Inspector] Allow to scale entity in negative axis

###Description
Currently, the Inspector only allows scaling entities in the positive direction along each axis. This limitation prevents creators from flipping or mirroring objects by using negative scale values.

###Expected behavior
Users should be able to input negative values in the scale transform fields to flip/mirror entities along any axis.
