Not showing "Install now" button when new version is available

- When downloading a new version of the Decentraland Creator Hub with the settings dialog open, the update does not immediately show as available. The "Check for updates" button needs to be pressed again to make it appear.

_The auto-updater (the process that checks for updates) runs when the application is opened. If you have the Creator Hub open and a new version is downloaded, it won’t be installed immediately. If new versions are released in the meantime, there’s no way to know unless you close the app. You’ll end up installing the version that was already downloaded, and when you close and reopen the app, the latest version will appear. There's no way to manually check for updates from within the app._

- The "Applying updates" text does not make sense while the new version is being download. We might need to remove it or change the copy.
