Customize debug panel for creators

The debug panel in preview shows a lot of things that are for creating the platform, not really for content creators

We should be able to have a mode for this panel to only show the relevant info. In the future we could also extend this to include extra options that we want to show to creators.


Not needed:

- Avatar creator
- Avatar debug
- Badges tracking
- Camera
- Chat
- Locomotion (all sections)
- Multiplayer movement
- Name tags
- Profile: Avatar shape
- Quality
- Room (all sections)
- Teleport
- Web requests delay
- Web requests stress test
- Web3 Authentication
- World info

Needed:

- Current scene
- Memory
- Performance
- Skybox
- Web Requests ? (are scenerequests reflected here too?)
