Misleading image and container nodes representation in the hierarchy panel

The image node is shown as a container in the hierarchy panel once selected. It changes its icon and label after assigning a texture while this is not the expected behaviour. See video attached.

Then something similar happens with the container node: as soon as you assign a texture to it it changes its node type in the hierarchy panel.
