Optimising size by deployment of custom size area on test node.

This is more of the question and suggestion after AMA session.

Would it be possible to download and run on a test node only small part of decentraland ? Say a district or say 20x20 plot surrounding the parcel or customly specified area to be deployed.
Would save space and allow easier testing it with other players / client. Still having neighbour 3D models.

Is there any other way to do that already that i have missed from SDK ?
