Missing avatars on parcel

When login into any place (even an empty land) with laptop i3 and i5, we observe that not all of our avatars appear on that land. We already wait for long time, but there are still missing avatars. The situation got better after BFF update. But I confirm the problem still persists
As in this snapshot, you can see 3 avatars chating, but on the scene, there are two visible avatars

Another interesting thing is that I can hear the foot step of the third avatar, but we can not see him
