Business Stats Service

In the Catalyst Protocol changes DAO proposal it was highlighted that the community is consuming some APIs in order to build Analytics tools.
A new Service could be developed to expose business metrics preserving anonymity of users and fostering an ecosystem whey people can build this type of tools without having a negative impact on the node performance.
Metrics could be exposed using the Prometheus Framework so that dashboards can easily be build. There could be Dashboards per Catalyst Node, per Region or for the whole network.
