Description
## 🎉 Description
When trying to deploy a scene to a world that exceeds the size limit (100mb) we should show an error message and disable the possibility to publish that scene.

## 📝 Details
* [ ] Add new error message on publish to world modal when the scene exceeds the 100mb limit with link to documentation
* [ ] Disable publish button and name selector when this happens
