Clicking a Tab, reloads the whole page

## 🎉 Description

This UI bug was introduced when we added the `Suspense` wrap to the main route locations. It renders a huge loader in the middle of the screen, unmounting the navbar, making the whole thing to disappear and appear later on.

Start by reproducing the issue by clicking between tabs, then inspect the main route locations and the Suspense wrapper mentioned in the report. Done means tab navigation no longer reloads the whole page or unmounts the navbar while showing the large loader.
