Disable the "put collection on sale" switch if there are a pending tx doing that

## 📝 Details

If you put something on sale, it shows the activity page. If you go back to the previous view (clicking on the activity page item link), you can still put the collection on sale while the process is pending. The same thing happens for example for List NFT for sale.

- Put a collection on sale (it automatically redirects you to the activity page)
- Click the link to the same collection
- Try to put the collection on sale again while the process still pending
