Closing the Metamask window when signing the TP approval doesn't show an error

## 🎉 Description

When the user is prompt with the Metamask window to sign the review for the TP items that will update the Merkle Root, the user can choose to close the Metamask window without rejecting or approving the transaction, leading to an issue where our approval modal is left hanging.
