Broken link on publish collection Content Policy

When clicking the Publish button for Wearable Collections a warning appears reading "Content Policy, you are about to publish..." including the link https://docs.decentraland.org/wearables/publishing-wearables

That link is broken, and should be: https://docs.decentraland.org/decentraland/publishing-wearables/

Search the repository for the broken docs URL shown in the issue and inspect the code that builds the Publish warning for Wearable Collections. Replace the outdated link with the specified URL, then verify that clicking Publish displays a working Content Policy link.
